The Gatorade team approached W&C with a new app idea. The ask was to strategize, design, and build an app centered on limited-release product drops.

I was on the team for the entirety of the project, contributing to the concept and detail phases.

Welcome video

Upon opening the app for the first time, the first impression needed to be upbeat and engaging. I combined streetwear, sports, and human connection — all core themes of the app experience.

Shop experience

The app was comprised of two tabs: Drops and Shop. I prototyped the “Shop” flow, showing the purchase funnel of a Gatorade product. Due to the complexity of the product configurations on the Gatorade website, we opted for an app to browser purchase flow strictly for the non-drop products for launch.
